Closed listings: Since March 8th, there have been four homes in Santa Barbara sold on the Upper Eastside. They sold for between $799,000 and $1,300,000. One of the homes sold, for $799,000, was a unique craftsman style home at 764 Moreno Road. Situated at the base of the Riviera, the home provides ocean views from the Master Suite and the large deck over the two-car garage.

New listings: Since March 8th, twenty-nine new listings have been created for homes in Santa Barbara on the Upper Eastside. They range in price from $349,000 to $3,500,000 and sixteen already have sales pending. While this seems like a lot of activity, I should point out that eighteen of these new listings are at the newly constructed Bella Riviera condominium complex at 601 E. Micheltorena Street. Several of those units are still available, mostly the larger floor plans, priced from $695,000 to $925,000.
