Since December 13th, six homes have been sold in the Mission Canyon area. These Santa Barbara homes for sale sold for between $735,000 and $1,065,000 with an average of about $880,000. They spent an average of 44 days on the market, and sold for about 98% of their asking prices. All six were single-family homes and regular sales.

Closed listings: Since April 12th, five Mission Canyon homes have been sold. Their selling prices ran from $660,000 to $3,150,000, at an average of 12.6% under their original asking price. Three of the five were short sales and the average number of days on the market for the five sold homes in Santa Barbara was almost 118 days (though two were on the market for over four months, one over one year; the median number of days on the market was a much more reasonable 42 days). One of the homes that sold in Mission Canyon was this three bedroom, four bathroom home, situated on over an acre of land at 1331 Tunnel Road, that sold for $1,608,000.
