Closed listings: Since December 8th, there have been two homes in Santa Barbara sold in the Mission Canyon area. They were both sold within the past month, and sit less than quarter-mile away from one another, in the Cheltenham Rd region. One is a three bedroom, two bathroom home on just less than a quarter of an acre that sold for $854,000 and the other is a four bedroom, three bathroom home on over one and three-quarters acres, which sold for $1,150,000.

Active listings: In the past four months, nine homes in Santa Barbara have been listed for sale in the Mission Canyon area. Of those, four have sales pending.
