Homes that are being sold as a “Short Sale” are often an absolute nightmare for all parties involved in the transaction process. Santa Barbara short sales are properties which are currently in the process of foreclosure, and in some cases it can take 8-10 weeks (or more) to get the banks final approval on the sale of these type of properties.
